how we work
-
We ask which roles and unspoken rules have developed in the relationship, how the people in it influence each other and what already works well. We also take the wider context and expectations into account.

-
We structure the conversation so that no one is interrupted, and we take no side. We say back in our own words what we hear, so that feelings, needs and wishes become clear to each person.

-
We structure the conversation so each person can finish what they want to say. We repeat in our own words what we hear, so that feelings, needs and wishes become clear to everyone present.
-
We film part of a conversation and watch it back together, stopping at key moments. Glances, silences and tone often say more than words, and the recording makes these small signals visible to everyone.

Anyone in any kind of relationship: monogamous, open, polyamorous, relationship anarchist or something without a label.
-
Communication: talking and listening, needs, agreements and boundaries, closeness and distance, sexuality and intimacy.
Conflicts: recurring arguments, jealousy, trust and infidelity, differences in values or expectations.
Changes: a new partner, opening up a relationship, moving in together, becoming parents, big life changes, separation and divorce.
You don’t need a crisis to come. If your topic isn’t listed, just ask us.
-
No. You can come alone, as a throuple, as a blended family or in any other set-up. Others can join later.

Yes. You are welcome as you are, whatever your gender, sexual orientation, background, body or relationship form. You don’t have to explain or justify who you are.
We stand against discrimination and take into account that racism, queerphobia and ableism give people different starting points.
what to expect
-
The lines are blurred. We don’t make diagnoses. We work on new perspectives and ways to act with you.
-
With a short call of 15 to 30 minutes. You tell us what brings you, we explain how we work, and you decide if it fits. Then comes the first session, which is a regular, paid session.
-
You bring a situation that matters to you, such as an argument from last week or a topic you’ve been struggling with for a while.
We guide the conversation, film part of it and watch it back, stopping at the moments that matter. You leave knowing what happened between you and what you want to try next.
-
At least one. Most people come for 3 to 7 sessions. We agree on the next step after each session. Reduced packages are available.
trust
-
Yes. What is said in a session stays in the session.
-
We only use them in the session. Afterwards they are deleted.
-
We use Google Meet. If you prefer to use a different platform, we are open to discuss this with you.
Meetings won’t be recorded, unless you specifically ask for it.
